Sound Bath Healing

 During a sound bath session with me, you will lie down and relax while you are surrounded by a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments that to create a soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and healing.

As I play these instruments, the vibrations and frequencies will wash over you, helping to release any blockages or negative patterns in your body and promote deep relaxation.

 

Many people report feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at peace after a sound bath session.

I have been trained in traditional sound healing practices and work intuitively to guide the energy to where it is needed most in your body. I also incorporate other healing modalities, such as energy work and intuitive guidance, to create a holistic and transformative experience.
