As a medicine woman from Guatemalan lineage, I have had the honor of working with the cacao plant for many years. Cacao has been used in indigenous cultures for centuries as a powerful tool for healing and connecting with spirit.

Cacao is a sacred plant that can open your heart and help you connect with your inner self. During a cacao ceremony, we will drink a specially prepared cacao elixir, made from the finest organic cacao beans. This cacao is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and other minerals that nourish the body.

As we drink the cacao, we will engage in various activities that help us connect with the plant's energy and our own inner wisdom.
We may meditate, chant, dance, or simply sit in silence, allowing the cacao to work its magic.
The ceremony will be guided by me, a medicine woman with a deep understanding of the cacao plant's spirit.
