✨ Free Community Sound Bath in Sacramento with Jasmine On Earth

We believe that everyone deserves a moment to simply breathe, receive, and reconnect. That’s why we’re offering free community sound baths in Sacramento, open to all souls seeking peace, stillness, or a little midweek magic.

Hosted by Jasmine On Earth, these outdoor sound baths take place every Monday from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Muir Park in Sacramento, CA. You’ll be gently guided into a restful state through the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. No experience is necessary—just bring a mat or blanket, water, and an open heart.

This free Sacramento event is part of the Fresh Air: Midtown Parks series, a seasonal wellness program presented by the Midtown Association to bring healing and joy into our public spaces.
